The Terri dog rucksack is ideal for dachshunds, terriers or other small dogs from 6.5 to 12 kg and also offers enough space for the owner's utensils. Handmade to the highest manufacturing quality from hard-wearing superior loden and genuine leather straps from the saddlery, this rucksack is a very popular compromise on the much-discussed subject of "dogs in rucksacks". With any dog, whether hunting or non-hunting, situations can arise where transport can be extremely helpful or necessary. Be it on a long hiking tour or a steep stalk with a short-legged dachshund, a quick shopping trip on the bike with the dog on your back, after a serious operation, an old or sick dog - this rucksack fulfils more than just its purpose. The high-quality workmanship and the tried-and-tested design with the lookout on the side offer you and your four-legged friend a robust and durable solution.

The wide carrying straps, lined with 3 mm thick felt, offer optimum carrying comfort. We are also happy to produce the dog rucksack with shorter and narrower ladies' straps on request. You can easily adjust the length of the shoulder straps using the high-quality metal buckles. These are also covered with leather hoods. The removable, double felt base is the perfect place for your four-legged friend, even outside the rucksack. The natural felt is breathable, water-repellent, warm and easy to clean. Thanks to a drawstring-adjustable side lookout, your four-legged friend won't miss any exciting events and can relax and enjoy his "taxi ride". Compared to other dog backpacks, where the lookout is usually at the top, our Terri offers better sitting, standing and lying comfort and is also gentler on the dog's back.

The Terri loden rucksack has an outer pocket with an inner zip pocket, a further inner compartment in the lid, a main compartment with a large zip pocket on the back and the integrated 13 mm felt seat cushion in the back unit. The seat felt, which can be removed from the outside, provides additional stability, improved carrying comfort and protects your dog.

Our Terri can also be used as a "normal" rucksack and is an ideal companion, even if your dog is not with you. You can also stabilise the rucksack with the enclosed S-hooks. Once you have placed your dog in the rucksack, tighten the cord and then attach the hooks to the front eyelets. This prevents slipping, even over longer distances.
